Recently, I helped a lady from the SW Guilford area acquire additional large sums of undeveloped acreage next to her farm in a discreet manner. She has asked to remain anonymous by name & photo, but I could share the following.

 

The deal was an extremely complicated transaction. The selling parties were developers and attorneys. The business deal also included the city/county governments and the NC DOT. I helped this lady obtain financing from a local banking source I use for her purchase too.

 

To say this real estate deal was easy or without problems is untrue. However, the lady got the land she wanted, at the price she wanted, with the financing she needed and the contract was closed.

 

This is one of my most satisfying deals in my 30+ year career.
